Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery in 3-5 days for major cities, 5-7 days for other areas.

- Cash on delivery available across Pakistan.
Refund Policy
If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, message us within 24 hours with a photo. We’ll issue a full refund or replacement, no questions asked.
Opened or used makeup can’t be refunded for hygiene reasons.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, before it’s dispatched. After that, we can’t stop it.
Returns
We don’t accept returns for hygiene reasons once makeup is opened or used. Unopened products only if they arrive damaged, wrong, or defective - notify us within 24 hours with a photo and we’ll replace or refund.
Exchanges
Wrong shade or damaged item? We’ll exchange it free, just send a photo within 24 hours of delivery. You cover return shipping only if the item was ordered incorrectly.
